In Episode 1 of Street Rescue, supermodel and animal advocate Joanna Krupa teams up with none other than Dr. Kwane Stewart, the beloved Street Vet, to hit the streets of Skid Row, Los Angeles. On this emotional premiere, we meet Chris, a man who’s called a corner of Skid Row home for years—with his pregnant cat Mocha by his side. When Mocha gives birth to kittens, Chris knows he wants a better life for them. That’s where Street Rescue steps in. With help from Dr. Kwane, Joanna, and our rescue network, the kittens find a path off the street—and into safe, loving arms.

But it doesn’t stop there.

We also meet Hector, a man who makes the gut-wrenching decision to give up his pit bull puppies so they don’t fall into the wrong hands. With tears and hope, Hector entrusts his babies to our team, knowing we’ll find them a safer, brighter future.
