Street Rescue is a heart-driven mission founded by Joanna Krupa, Deborah Von Brod, and Jose Iorio — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit foundation and media project that blends rescue, storytelling, and community action.
Joanna Krupa is an internationally recognized supermodel, actress, and television personality known for her work on The Real Housewives of Miami, Dancing with the Stars, and as the longtime host of Poland’s Next Top Model. Beyond her television success, Joanna is one of the world’s most passionate animal advocates, leading major campaigns for PETA and other global organizations. Her lifelong dedication to animal welfare and her hands-on rescue work have made her a powerful voice for compassion and change.
The docuseries is executive produced by Deborah Von Brod, the creative force behind Booze Traveler (Travel Channel, Discovery Plus, and Prime Video), whose storytelling connects culture and humanity across borders. The series is directed by Jose Iorio, a New York–based executive producer and award-winning creative director with over 20 years of experience in television, documentary production, and social impact storytelling.
Joanna’s mission to help pets on the streets of Los Angeles began as a nationwide movement connecting families in need with life-saving veterinary care, food, and shelter.
