6. Content Submissions & Media Release

A. License Grant

By submitting any content (photos, videos, text, audio) to Street Rescue or its affiliates, you grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display or perform the content in any media now known or later developed.
You also permit use of your name, likeness, voice, and biographical details in association with the content. You waive the right to inspect or approve final use and any claims for compensation.

B. Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are 18 years or older (or have valid parental/guardian consent)

  • All persons in the content have consented to their likeness, voice, etc.

  • The content does not violate privacy, copyright, or other rights

  • You indemnify Street Rescue against claims arising from your submission

C. Use, Archiving, & Removal

  • We may choose to publish, decline, edit, or archive your content, at our discretion

  • We may remove content if it violates our policies or legal standards

  • We may retain content indefinitely for archival or promotional use

  • Once public, we can’t guarantee control over third-party sharing

7. Retention & Deletion

  • We retain data only as long as needed for operational, legal, archival or promotional purposes

  • Criteria for retention include project timelines, legal requirements, or user requests

  • You may request deletion or anonymization of your personal data (excluding content previously published under license)

8. Your Rights & Controls

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have the rights to:

  • Access, correct, export your personal data

  • Request deletion or restriction of processing

  • Object to certain uses (e.g. marketing)
